I currently live in Northern New York, Watertown area and have been wanting to learn kiteboard and snowkite for when the winter comes. Wondering if anyone knows any good places within a 2-3 hour drive that can give a lessons on the weekends.

Someone could meet you on East Ontario, but better learning conditions on Oneida lake when the winds are from West and Seneca lake when the winds from the south. Check out Rochester Windsports site. Or just come find us at Sylvan Beach or Seneca Lake State Park when windy. Great place to kite, especially in the spring and fall.
