Sector 60

I picked up a used Sector 60 and it didn't have the Screws that came with the fins.

Does anyone know what correct size and length for the quad setup? And do they have a washer on the head?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Having a difficult time getting a hold of Airush or any info online.

Shouldn't be too hard to find out the thread and then just experiment with lengths to find what fits. I'd guess and start with m6 size in 316 stainless, and yes I'm sure mine had washers too. If you went to a proper fixings retailer instead of a hardware store I'm sure they will help you find which thread you need.

On Sector 54 I have M6 screws (6mm metric), thread length 20mm, screw head diameter 10mm (heads are the ones with the Phillips round-pan / mushroom shape), can't see the washer.

Ok thanks. I'll start at the M6 20mm and go from there.

Seems that not as many shops carry these anymore, at least in hatteras. I guess the foilboard is taking its place... I may have to give that a try in the future

Did you try Barton's (Hatteras Island Surf and Sail)?
They sell Airush gear.

which Sector are you talking about?
The sector 60 V4? or
they have mini tuttle boxes ( for the smaller fins on the side if I am right, for the bigger fins they have a full tuttle box..

Do not go for screws with philis star hole, if you have to buy ones, then immediatly grap the Alan keys ones it is much easier to put in and remove secondly, the will not starting to wear out.

I have the V3 Sector 60. Definitely see having to remove every time for transport

100% sure, search and buy Alen key screws !!, it is easy if you have to get your fins out each time for transport, philips head will wear out in no time and will after some time be difficult to tighten! they have them in all sizes,

the washers are something different, the hole where the fins go through have some weird size, Airus has original washers, maybe the size is not metric could be...I have used on my V4 and now V5 washer under the screw heads!
With the Alen screws you can tight them secure!
