Very interesting info! I have couple of questions if you might help answering:

1. How would you compare drift and relaunch of Rally vs. Turbine?
relaunch same perhaps turbine little bit better both good reward start, drift same 7m drift good in waves i testet in italy in south sirocco wind waves

2. Why would you pick a Rally given a choice of both Rally and Turbine?
11m and 13m turbine is my favorite i like more than 11,12,14 rally and my friend also with 27m is a lowend and big air machine the bar feeling is good
all sizes 7,9,11,13 is good foiling kite better than rally for foils, much better upwind and more more speed than rally .... flying fast enough for racefoils or ghost whisper with race wings >>> http://surfforum.oase.com/showthread.php?t=165722
for loops, unhooked, wave and all-round kite is rally better

3. Are Turbine colors somewhat organized or we end up dealing with couple of dozens semi-random options like Rally have bee coming in?
100 colors haha when you by a slingy say what color you do not want. i say: send me not a red, pink, violett kite haha please not a pussy colors

4. Do you think there will be 2018 Rally line or 2017 is the last year of them?
i dont know 2014,2015,2016,2017 rally is very similar, 2016 comes big inflate 2017 double ripstop.
i hope for 2018 he comes a big change i dont know. another kiteshape ozone enduro for rally is cool....

5. Does 11m Turbine feel sluggish as 12m Rally or is it more lively kite?
no 11m turbine not sluggish fun kite, fast and directly ONLY jumping with 23m lines is 12m rally liitle bit better
11m turbine on 27m is a light-wind-killer and big air machine i love it much more than 12m rally
wenn take 11m turbine on 27m lines and misfit 142x42 with flat rocker you have same lowend as another 14m kites with 24m lines and normaly rocker

6. How would you compare amount of pull delivered by 13m Turbine vs. 14m Rally?

on same line lenght 13m turbine have more lowend and same lowend as 15 turbine on same kite lenght
14m rally and 15 turbine is sluggish. 11m and 13m on 27m lines is so much better than rally 11,12,and 15 turbine

i prefer 11 and 13m turbine with 27m lines ist a realy good big air machine, light wind and foil kite, startet very well.
all sizes 5,7,9,11,13 is good for foiling and wave SST is also a good foiling kite from slingy.

i love turbine 11,13 AND my 17m turbine
17m is good for unhooked with boots and light wind with longer twintip not so easy go upwind , fly the kite higher you came easy upwind
and 17m also good for light wind snowkiting in the alps. waterstart, reward start is good for 17m better than 15m turbine.

the next thing is vision (800g lighter than last year ! with light LFK boots )

no cutting lines ! a fat 2m line lines for good reward start. i like slingy bar for snowkiting



13m and smaler have small leading edge and more aspect ratio than 15,17,19



19m only for rider up to 100kg, not so good depower, not so good upwind, must fligh higher you can go easy upwind

9m tubine versus 15 juice .....



really different tips between turbine and rally , turbine fat tip LE more profile in tips
the kite flying not downward into water , rally goes down , rally have now profile in tips



i need a rally 2018 with wider tips for better looping , not downward to water

Tom, how would the 13M Turbine be as a snowkite? Since I see those beautiful snowkite photos?
As you know, snowkiting can have a lot of hot launching AND a lot of looping the kite to get up hills or through lulls.

I don't have the luxury of a huge quiver, so the 13 would be my largest kite. When I travel, I'd probably only bring the 20"x23M bar
