How old is your daily driver. The kite you use the most?
I'm not talking about some fossil kite that you dig out every 5 years and fly for shits and giggles. I'm talking about a kite that's old but still going strong. Still in favored in your current quiver of kites.
For me its the 2012 8m catalyst. I bought in new 5 years ago and used it extensively since then.
Goddamn thing just keeps going and going!. I'm stunned by how long it has lasted.

I have a 2012 6m ( really an
bws noise classic that just won't die. I bought it secondhand for $350 about 3 years ago and have learnt to kite waves with it. It is now my most used kite and my go to for downwinders, I have rolled it through the surf more times than I can remember and so far the only repair is a tiny patch of sail tape.
I am keen to get an upgrade but it just dowe everything it needs to and keeps going, plus it is worth basically nothing in re-sale so it's staying for now!

It's not really old but I don't see myself ever selling my 2015 9m Cabrinha Velocity. That thing works in anything from 10-30 knots and boosts like a rocket ship.

I've got a 15mtr Core GTS4 it's nearly three months old now, time to change it, there's a spec of mud on one of the wingtips.

I've got a 2012 Rebel 11m that just won't die. It's been dragged all over every surface you can imagine, probably over 400 sessions, self launched and landed 80% of the time, friction abrasions all over it, and the thing still flys perfectly. Bomber build.

2012 Epic Infinity V2. This kite has been a battle tank for me and has the scares to prove it. Put in a new LE bladder a little over a year ago and its still going strong. It was my kite of choice for my local kiting 85 to 90% of the time, but now that I am foiling, I have been flying my 13 and 9 a lot more (which may make the Infinity last even longer).
