Are the Cabos still around or did that design go with the other brand?

Cabos are in the schedule, but first TS, then Roca and Latter Cabo... GP will depend on demand...

If there's noise about it not being available they'll make it, if no one asks they'll concentrate on the best sellers. There's more than one way to asses demand, especially when you are the route to market.

just received an answer to my question if the new kites come with the same decent bags as last year, their answer:

Hello Leon
thanks for contacting us
no, the TS 2018 arrive only with the red sock.
as resquest from some of our clients, they prefer the Red sock
for traveling than the Kite bag.

Would you like to place an order?

sounds like a joke, what a mega stupid decision, a kite without bag !

Kites used to ship with bag and pump , bars with leash , but this all came with a cost now most brands give the option and ship kite and sock and if the customer wants the rest they can order seperately , I think it is a good thing ...

Totally agree. A new bag with every new kite is a lot of unnecessary plastic waste. I am using the same bag for years now and put the kites in a sock. Switch does it like that for years now (I am not riding their kites). Way to go in my opinion.

9m TS landed today, looks perfect. Lime and red colours, 47cm RED bar. Nice QC check list stickered onto the packaging. The build quality is exemplary, always was. Comes with a few zip ties and some hose for the inflation system, pack of stickers and stencils, and the 3-in-1 sock bag. Fold it up and it's the same size as the shipped kite, extend it and it'll take the kite with struts inflated. Suits me for carrying it to the beach flat packed and back to the car half inflated. No pump, Can't say I'm bothered by that I still have loads of them in the cellar.

I'll take some pics this weekend and report on how it flies. I don't imagine it'll get a proper flight until Autumn comes with some serious wind. 9m is 20k+ kite for me, my small kite.

Looks good though, solid package, well finished.
