yes, I agree. Wakestyle is very hard on your body!
But what about big air? Never saw anyone getting unconscious in a freestyle comp....@KOTA
But...why ruin your body when you can make the same amount of money as a pro rider without going thru rehab?
It is just not enough money to be made in the sport to compensate those injuries. If a pro makes a million bugs per year...yeah, fully worth an injury!

To bad. Wakestyle is actually also much more difficult technically. I mean is not like there is any hooked trick at all that is as technically and physically demanding as a simple mobe.

What i meant to say was, that pretty much everything in the wakestyle scene, is much more difficult, than ANY type of hooked freestyle. Basic oldshool and air gymnastics included

of course.
Doesn't help if no one is watching!
Also a Mega Loop with a boardoff rotation? Yet to be done...guess you guys don't have the balls for that.

A little disrespectful...
I also like to TRY to jump big and rotate and board off and all that stuff. It's just not as hard as wakestyle. And i really respect the younger guys!
Many freeriders who boost cant even control the kite. I see people on big slow 16 m2 who have to use really tiny bars and super long +30m lines so they dont overstear the kite

No no because they, like me, know they dont have the skill to take it any further. They dont act like they are the bomb. They are just having a good time without trying to convince everybody that what they do are suuuper radical and hardcore and what all the ladies want.
The most challenging part of freestyle is unhooked, Thats it. And thats why unhooked is whats going on in the pkra or what ever they call it these days
