in Germany for showing a middle finger to strangers one is drastically fined. It is considered as extremely antisocial behavior.

Just saying...
That's not a middle finger, it's a wagging index, hence it being called "nono".

Alexyga claimed that, "As bad as sun is, chemical crap in sunscreens is even worse in the long run." Which, huffing aerosols aside, is an utterly bogus claim.

Please cite yours that it is safe. Have there been any long term studies? By other than companies that sell sunscreen?
Just curious

Complete and utter bullshit. Please don't spread these idiotic ideas around like some dumbass anti-vaxxer. There is not a single shred of scientific evidence that modern sunscreens are worse than sunburn and skin cancer. :nono:

Yeah, absolute utter and complete bullshit. It's the nonsense spread by the likes of scumbag Mike Adams so he can sell you an "organic all-natural" product

Just like, you know . . . Raw Elements, the non-GMO sunscreen
EDIT: wow they really go full retard on the claims in the ingredient section :o

I don't necessarily think that this ingredients are good for you:

But each to his own....If anyone think that there is no evidence, read again the manufacturer disclaimer.

And to be fair, not everyone can buy the same sunscreen around the Planet.

I've never heard of Mike Adams, and can guarantee that >95% readers of this forum never did. Same for Raw...:bye:

I think the Australian Cancer councils own branded sunblock - recently changed its ingredients as one of those was found to possibly cause cancer.. the new one is ok.

Interesting what to believe these days - who's version of truth we ignorantly accept.

Mr. B, first and foremost, learn how to read.

When I've said "As bad as sun is, chemical crap in sunscreens is even worse in the long run." Have you had a chance to get to the "long run" at all?

And by "long run" I mean on a daily basis, like every day - all year long.

To this date I haven't experienced a single sunscreen after which my skin would feel oily and I wouldn't have a burst out of pimples. And somehow I trust what my-own skin is telling me.

At latitude mid to upper 20's UV is very dangerous especially in summer...so i tell the doc that i avoid the sun like the plague and ride later in the afternoon.... 2-3 hrs before sunset
Same can be done in the morning ride until 2-3 hrs after sunrise.
Totally agree. I won't vouch for everyone, but as fun as riding in tropical paradises is - my happy hour is when I can do it with no sunglasses or sunscreens. 2 hours just before the sunset are golden!

Hostile crowd....lol! Not saying all, but many sunscreens have toxic ingredients because they have been found to cause melanoma. Hence many are changing.

Here's the reality of these who actually live in tropics:

And this is the same lipsy-boobsy fitness model who will advertise the latest and greatest non-gmo, totally-vegan, absolutely-organic, skin-nourishing sunscreen as the best-shaite-eva!!!!

Consumer Reports magazine's May, 2017 issue has a good report on sun screens and some of the less expensive ones performed the best. See: http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/suns ... ying-guide
