Yes the Series 2 is water resistant up to 50m. I've been using it as a GPS tracker when kiting for the past 6 months no problem.
Have you used a special app for this?

You could just use activity tracker if you simply want to track your position, otherwise Xensr Sessions to record jumps etc.

Doesn’t the sessions app require the Xensr hardware to be mounted on your board??

No the Xensr sessions just requires an Apple Watch. Great app (and free). Not sure it’s accurate for jumps. If Woo and Trace are stoking egos by going high then Xensr sessions is doing the opposite. Direct comparison with board mounted Trace and Xensr sessions - Xensr measuring less than half the jump height but similar (albeit still lower) hang times. God know which one is closer than to right. To be honest I can’t work out how a watch mounted sensor can measure since your arms are going all over the place when you head into a jump.

I thought I read somewhere sessions required paying a monthly subscription, guess I got that wrong then. Will try it out next time we have wind. Had good wind today and finally some open water near Stockholm today.
Good to be on water again after some months kiting on snow and ice.
Thanks for your responses.

Had a session yesterday with both Sessions on my Apple watch and Woo 3 activated. For highest jump Sessions stated 2,7 meters. Woo stated 3.
