I can land blind judges consistently with the right pop and speed, however; i always freeze half way in the rotation and i can't seem to go 360 after i pass the bar. Any tips for this frustrated soul.

Don't stop rotating. You need to get both hands on the bar. If you concentrate on that it will help you to keep your rotation going. So after you pass keep pulling to your hip and get that other hand on the bar.
