Best NYC direct flight kite destination in Nov?

Just looking for opinions on best 4 day kite trip from NYC in Nov. - direct flight preferably. We've been to Cabarete and its ok/ crowded / decent breeze...Is there anywhere else we might be overlooking for a few days of warm weather riding? Thanks in advance.
