Hi guys , we'd booked to go to the cayo's in Cuba in January but according to reports there has been substantial damage that might mean we have to re-book somewhere else.
I'm tied to having January and beginning of Febuary off work and wandered where everyone would recommend .
We've had some suggestions already ( Langabahn , Santa Lucia Cuba , Barbados) but wandered if anyone has any info on
The Oman
Aruba
Kenya
Dubai
Or anywhere in the world that you think would be great .
It's Gotta be warm for the wife and I'd prefer somewhere I could Kitefoil although at a push I'd dust my twin tip off.
Cheers

Barbados - used to live there part time. Wife loves it.
Will be there February 24th to March 7th and really looking forward to seeing my friends.
Would normally go earlier but skiing in Italy in January. Tough life.

If you are willing to go as far as Dubai then you might as well go all the way to Cape Town.

If ur looking for tropical spot then Kingfisher in Northshore Philippines. Strong and stable winds and sick waves so you need small kites. High season starts next month til March or early April

Zansibar was lovely in January.
The most exotic virginal landscapes I've ever seen.
It's the original spice island, so the spices are truly exquisite, nothing like the bastardized versions we know from Indian cuisines.
Great for relaxed, exotic downwinders!
Just watch out for those five inch spiders! They aren't Halloween leftovers, as I thought at first! THEY ARE REAL
OK, maybe I'm not recommending it...
