Since April 2016 I had massive arm problems. Lots of pain, partly couldn't go kite. And if, I had lots of pain afterwards. Tried injections, stretching, no kiting for 3 months etc. No luck.
Then my agency Solutions Talents & Professionals organized a physio for me, Christian Minke, German, who lives and works in Norway. See his page here: Physiosapiens As.
Interesting approach...by checking me out and finding a disfunction which causes the arm pain. Because of this my muscles on the arm react delayed, and therefore puts more force on everything, which normally the muscles would hold.
So he corrected me.
In addition I got an Cortison injection by my brother (Orthopedic) to get rid of the pain (that alone didn't help before).
Plus I am using a bracelet (www.masalo.eu) to support my arm for now, since Christian said to not put too much force on it yet. But I want to kite
