Which size? I have ridden the 11. For cross off you can't really go very wrong at all.
The qualities of the kite though lends itself to wave riding quite well. It doesn't have drastic on off feel in gusts or when slack to tight lines (down the line riding). It has good wind range, and good depower.

Its a very nice kite. For TT it jumps reasonably well, but soft pull.. Loops with no harsh pull. Super easy to control. I did not try it on a foil, but I bet is excels there.
Relaunch, self land, self launch all good. In windy conditions I'd weight down the LE on the beach and after self landing.

I need a 12m to complete my quiver. Currently riding 9m BRM Bloud C2 and love its lightning fast turning speed. Just sad that ita useless to me below 16 knots.

Look at the Airush Ultra too. I have put a lot of time on both the Boxer and the Ultra. The Ultra is much faster. The Boxer is very nice but the Ultra just ticks wave riding a bit better.

For waves I would go 12m Slash or Pivot. I have the 12m Boxer and it does work in the surf but its not a surf kite. It stays in the sky during lows better than any kite I've owned and it has more low end than any 12m I've flown too but it does lack in turning speed which for me is crucial in wave riding. It does work in waves and it drifts amazingly but its more geared for foiling. Thats what I use it for. My light wind all-round/wave kite this year is the 14m pivot. then I will have the 12m slash for waves and 12m Boxer for foiling,10m slash for waves and foiling. Not sure if i will buy a kite smaller than my 10m slash this year. I didn't even open my 8m this past season. The Boxer also relaunches in like 8mph ! Ive dropped it in situations where I thought i would never get it back up and sure enough it relaunched ! If its a solid 13mph I can ride the 12m pivot with my SB without any problems. my 12m slash comes friday so I guess ill see the low end on it soon.
