The bit you quoted is meant to be taken as just that. I like the tennis I play with that racket. Ive tried a bunch playing from when I was a kid and have settled on a brand that makes a racket spec which suits me very much. The Babolat guy would say the same etc. etc. and so what? That doesn’t mean I’m yelling at the other guy between points about how shitty his racket is.

I feel like people are so damn sensitive with this stuff. I’m not over on the Rally, Rebel, Switchblade, <fill in the blank> thread yelling “Core!”. If someone leaves a review of the gear I use I like to comment and maybe ask a question or two. Apart from that I just try to keep it relevant. This is (or was) a thread on some dude who’s just posting pics of broken kites (there was a similar Naish thread some days ago) with nothing more than a veiled “what the hell, Core!” to fill in the blanks. That’s not cool no matter what it says on the canopy.

I’ll let your last three paragraphs speak for themselves. Your opinion. Which I will show you the courtesy of not disqualifying as you’ve just tried with me.

Back in the Epic days there were quite a few overzealous fans for that brand too. Inevitably backfires and nauseates many. Someone dares mention it and the escalation begins.

Might help to not compare your chosen brand to Christ and claim to be God's own in your profile.
