Nose/ 5th line pigtail line length for 2015 Vegas 12m??

G'day all,

does anyone know the measurements for the nose line on the 2015 Vegas 12m?

The little tags with the measurements printed on them have worn off and I suspect the nose line has shrunk because the kite is not right.

I have the 2015 vegas, but in 11m.
The pig tail that goes from the bridle to the end of the 5th line, right?

The label says 71 / 84 cm. I guess 84cm is the right length to use with the trust bar, and 71cm is the right length to use with the wakestyle bar.

I measured the pigtail and the actual length is 83 cm.
Maybe the wakestyle setting knot took 1cm off?

The wakestyle setting knot is 13cm off the end, so that matches with the numbers in the label.

I was after both measurements, including the bridle V and the thicker tail attached to it i.e. the nose line complete.

I looked again and I can just barely make out make out some numbers which I think is 206.5cm. The line actually measures 200cm.

Also, the thicker single line I can't see any measurements at all ie the line with the 2 knots on, one for normal 5th and the other for Hadlow bar has a blank tag.

ok, the line that I measured is the short thicker line with two knots.

In my 11m, each of the bridle Y lines tags indicate 200cm and the actual length is 196cm.

2015 Vegas 12m Noseline: The V lines are 206.5cm. the line that comes off the V to connect to the kite is 72/85 (a knot at 72cm for the regular 5th Element attachment, another knot/end at 85cm for the wakebar connection).

Summer in our neck of the woods has been pretty epic so far!!

can I bother you for one more please,,,, can you look up the nose line dimensions for 12m Rebel 2012 or ask some one who might know? Same as my mates 12m Vegas, the little labels have worn out and we can't see them.

My son was out on the 12m Rebel today and the kite kept stalling and looked pinched so after checking lines, were thinking the nose line is out??

..... hmmmm, I got some interesting results from my 12m Rebel when I measured the bits.

The nose line was fine but the front pigtails were out,,, the little printed labels said 137cm which I could see so I hope I'm seeing correct,,,,,but I measured 135cm on one and 134cm on the other.

I put a 2cm loop in so it they were exactly 137cm each but I wouldn't have thought that the thicker lines would have been out. The thing is the kite was flying like sh!t, stalling and stuff. Oh, and yes, I did check the bar if you're wondering.

Can you ask your sources if 137cm is correct for the front pigtails on the 2012 12m Rebel please? And if your in the mood, can you get the dimensions for the rear steering too?
