When I travel I rent kites but I take my board with me.

I truly love my North Jaime Textreme 136.
Above 30 knots I am looking for a smaller board though... around 130-133 cm
Anybody got a secondhand CF Raptor or a Carved I 6 in that size? :D

The most fun twintips I've ridden are:
1. OR Mako 150
2. Shinn Monk (pretty much any Shinn)
3. Wainman Joke

Strapless directional playboard: Shinn Shinnster

Surf shape: Axis New Wave

My favourite board was the Mako for a long time, I had the 140 and the King for a few years then sold them. I bought a Shinn Monk and rode that for a few years (nice board) and then in 2017 bought a Mako 150 and pretty much stopped using the Monk. Bought a 2018 Mako 150 this summer because my son wouldn’t get off mine. The new Bliss Air pads and straps are the best I have ever used, huge improvement. The Mako is so smooth, fun in the waves and jumps great. Love it.

I have been riding the Mako 150 for years. Bought an OR Duke last year and still trying to get dialed in on that. The duke is a great ride, goes up wind with no effort, flattens chop, and surfs great. The 150 is still the go to board

I was a Monk guy all the way (owned 5 of them over the years,) but honestly, the Bronq CRB4 is better in every way. It's like a Monk on speed. Every bit as compliant and easy on the knees, but sharper, more precise, faster acceleration and better pop. I know, that sounds like conflicting attributes, but this board simply works. (and it better for the price!!)
