Oahu for kiting info

Going to Oahu to visit a friend this weekend, i usually kite Maui.

But bringing equipment, where are the spots to kite ? What's forecast for next week starting Friday?

Thanks for any info , my friend is in the service so will be staying by base , but will also travel to sites
