Unfortunately I bought one without paying close attention, thinking that it was a Mystic and pricey and I had bought a lot of their stuff before. In my opinion, after two sessions, this is the worst harness I have used, because:
1. No rings or other attachment points to put the safety leash. With the rope slider you can not put leash on the spreader bar. I had to attach it to the straps, not good, I have never had this problem before with any harness.
2. Leg straps are just bare nylon, no padding at all, very painful when kite is pulling up overhead. Harnesses at half the price have padded leg straps.
I would not recommend it.

I love the mystic foil harness. It sits super low and when you twist the knob it locks on to the hip and does not move anymore. It is comfortable and leaves the most freedom for leg movement out of all seat harnesses i tried, which were ion echo and duotone radar. The radar put a lot of load on my lower spine and kept moving up. The mystic foil harness does non of those things. The rope spreader bar has an extra steel ring and goes far to the outside for comfy switch riding.

Check out the NP board shorts harness with the pivoting harness hook. I own a pair and highly recommend them for foil boarding.

For foiling, the Mystic foil harness is awesome and where I kite I see many other foilers using that harness.

I've been doing it like this

i've use it with stealth bar....works well enough
i'm 32 inch at waist...and i would maybe been better served having a small instead of a M (for both harness and bar)
a bit over-engineered... the adjustment knob on back is pointless.
but it is comfy...and has held up over a summer of heavy use
