If the pic is of 2017 and the text for 2016, there is already an issue on the retailer side. If they confirm an order for a 2017 and ship a 2016.... They are absolutely 100% in the wrong from any angle you look at it. Could be an honest mistake, but if it were they should literally jump at the chance to correct it. If they don't.
