What happened to Wainman Hawaii?

Just wondering, why there is no new kites from Wainman Haiwaii? I heard that they had problems with the manufacturer, but anyone know if they have plans for the future?... I really like their kites, even not being a avid wave rider! Nice design, clean but nice bar, easy to control... anyway, just curious!

Dont really know. all i do know is that they keep producing kites, 2 friends of mine just bought maniacs and they came with no problem at all. doesnt seem that they have a manufacturer problem.

Actually just checked the webpage and it looks that they are out of stock of almost everything. Maybe they god rid of all the stock for the new lineup.

I think those Maniacs were kinda leftovers. On their webshop was a big sale ( I was tempted to get it!), two maniacs for less than 1000 usd! But they dont have more spare parts in their stock, like struts, lines etc, at least for the RG series. Hopefully they will release new kites in the future!

They also recently lost Maxi Gomez to Nobile... it looks like the Best story... all the riders leaving and then the brand not doing much...
