hello
anyone know if there is ever wind in tennessee?
im moving near nashville for work and im worried ill never kite in this state

This has been dicussed in the past,do a search.To sum it up you're basically hosed !
Hatteras is closest sure thing.

"KYLakekiter" posts here pretty often. Seems to be the expert on kiting KY and Tennessee lakes. Seems to have the boat launch wired.

SSK is correct. There's a group that kites up there whenever they can. The conditions are not as easy as some may be used to, but it's very much possible. I see those guys down here periodically over long weekends when the wind looks good here. They are a good bunch of guys that are very welcoming to add new folks to their group.
