I'm going to have to pass on Core. Even though a Rebel is at the top of my budget, I think the consensus is that this kite is the best bang for your buck, given what I'm looking for?

Flite gen 5 on the current closeout fits your bill, especially if you want lightning turning speed, a somewhat rare attribute with a big boosting/hangtime kite.
