My Axis SUP/surf foil. Foiling was exceptional, the big wings were another step up on that.
And my first kites have exceeded my expectations, in that they're still going strong. Even the bars...expected them to fall apart by now

I have to laugh that you're bored with kiting and enjoy surfing more. I'm just the opposite. I've been a hardcore surfer for over 40 years and only discovered kiting 4 years ago. I'm finally competent enough to get out into serious surf strapless. I wish I would have done this years ago. Paddle surfing is so boring compared to riding good waves with a kite. You live in SF? Go strapless and get out into the waves!

just 4 items have made me really go doo-lally.
The North click bar.
foiling in general.
+1. Click Bar has exceeded my expectations. Foiling keeps exceeding my expectations every time I am out there. It is so different and opens up a complete new way for enjoying kite surfing.

The new limited edition full carbon Moses T38, a work of art, so good I have ordered another just because it is the most awe inspiring bit of kit ever(and it works)
Great
Mine is on it's way. Looking forward to try it on the weekend!

Gath helmet: it is with me since 2003; no other piece of equipment lasted that timespan.

Switch nitro 4 (in size 7 and 10m). Great kites for high wind days. Build quality is superb.
Foil board never exceeded my expectations, it was so overhyped (here at kiteforum:D) before I tried it. Sure it was fun for a year to learn something new. Nowadays I choose foil when the wind is too light for the twintip board.

Wonder if kites and gear that don't show up on second hand boards are a good indicator they are kept and loved?

Naish Boxer. I love how playful and fun the kite is.
