I'm not sure how woo determined he was cheating the device. Why couldn't it just be broken?
for me this was never a Woo reliability issue, but a Rider reliability one.

how he done it, I don't know for sure, but if I was to try to trick the system...
deflate the LE just enough to be able to stick the Woo in between the LE and the bladder (where the zip is)
send the kite to zenith and back.
(you can get 18-20m without getting wet)
imagine if you were a rider who could jump around 10m to begin with.
like most "magic tricks" its simple....

cheers

Or simply get a 30m bar and/or stand on a dune/hill, start with kite lower than you and send it from the ground to the zenith and back. Simple - maybe woo detects such 'cheats'.

acually somone already did the comparison:
https://www.wetestkites.com/2018/05/21/ ... game-over/
so it seems it is the woo problem.
my woo 3.0 register riding on a choppy water as jumps up to 2.5m.
maybe the guy is not a cheater. he titled his sessions like:
"Woo i don't want to change your gear for the 4th time i just want to get back my money."
"it wasn't 20 m but it wasn't 5m as well"
"surely woo 3.0 lies".
When you start to look closer to sessions of people on woo, you can see that there are many patterns. For example a lot of them register riding on the chop as jumps including those from the top of leaderboards.
Woo is deleting fb comments, jumps from leaderboard but cannnot present hard data on which the decision about deleting this user jumps was based. Why not to investigate others?
it seems that the product is not ready and they are just destroying reputation with that kind of moves :/
it's not about hating the product and idea because i like it but...

I have the feeling the V3 is a bit too sensitive on small but steep kickers, but pretty accurate on flats.

But....they never did one reality test since version v1...and with all other brand device this mean they are just toys inaccurate ...there is nothing to investigate in 30/40/50m jump becouse they are not tested in no real way...but they did good money over the years ..and put an electronic device in the worst place .i mean we all have too much tech ..no need electronic between water wind kite nature..focus on style and not in ego mesure....
