Fair questions. Let me answer:
1. I ride about 2 times per week on the average. and my sessions are typically 1-3 hours long. Because I use F-one Breeze kite with the click-bar, I had it mainly on all the way depower position 80% of the time. Not using clicker too much.
2. The lines that had wear are the "thiner" lines inside the bar that roll-unroll by power/depower mechanism. This is where all the wear was on the inside-the-bar lines. I also had wear on the outside of the leader line, but that was probably due to one of my floaters tearing off and exposing the line.. Since I ride depowered most of the time, the bare line was exposed and it rubbed itself against the exit hole in the bar.
3. as far as my centre-line goes: it had all the wear-and-tear right at the bottom of the QR-mechanism, where the thick-red-line comes out and ends with a leash-ring.. It got worn at the place where the lines rubs against the hole in the chicken-loop-quick-release mechanism. Sot it is the "bottom part" thicker front line. But on 2016 bar, it's ONE piece. Is it now two pieces and can be replaced separately?
Hope this answers all the questions.
Question of my own: You are saying you can replace just the "thin" portion of the leader line? But they are NOT sold like this. I had to buy the whole leader line set (both parts) for about 40 EUR online.

When you say you got two years out of the lines. Do you know how much kiting exactly or guesstimate?
good call.
its confusing me a little as my leader lines hidden inside the bar are in my photos above, and even though my thinner main lines are being replaced, the leader lines are like new as you can see, this bar is 12 months old, and used a lot, 4 days a week normally then 3 months of almost every day on holiday, 10 of those weeks on sand, 2 weeks on a lake, and I click away merrily all the time during a session.
another question is - is that the 11mtr main (thicker) front line or the 11mtr thinner one above that?
