fuel 13 windrange?

chicago, yeah ride the 136 with the 17 and you can hold it until you switch to the 11. then use the 11 with say the jarvis. etc. works great!!

Well I haven't tried the 2003 fuels yet but I think the 17-13 quiver is pretty much the same as the 16-12 I have, it's a good combination.
The wind ranges above look right to me. I would be very carefull of using the 13 up to 28 knots unless you're either very heavy or very good.
If they're anything like last year's they're good kites, very sturdy and fuckin increadible lift even in light wind
