Yes when testing boards back to back, not as much when only using one board for a while and you get used to it.norway wrote:would you wrealy feal the 1kg differense on your feeets?
as an example I have tested a few landboards this way - similar board but very different weights and 1kg is very noticable when jumping etc.

In my opinion weigh is not and issue, talking about 4- 4,5k complete. a boar can feel heavy on your hands and light on your feet while planing. The main difference is the rocker , outline and flex patterns;)
Aaron hadlow boards are heavy, Alvaro onieva old customs also. The ones he uses now i guess still 3,5-4k each.
Light weight is a good thing if you want to sell boards (The customer cares about it), but not the most important issue whe riding, it even helps the inner of some jumps and movements.
