Anyone got any suggestions on the best stuff to try and glue this lot back together? You'd think for £300+ they'd at least put a stitch or two in there, proper cheap shit!

I'd try shoe goo, bonded pretty well on my river sandals and stays flexible. You need to clamp it well though as it is not tacky enough to hold material together until it starts to set.

Looks good but why can I only find little super glue size packs? At £11 a pack it's not gonna be worth it for the amount i'll need I imagine and surely if it comes in tiny little packs it's not gonna be the right stuff for the job or am I missing something?

If you want to put some stitches in after gluing, the speedy stitcher works well.

Aquaseal, used it for multiple times to fix soles never fails. If you have any left freeze it for next time.
