Been corresponding on Swaylocks and conclusion is thus is either a dry lamination, or its common problem with dark tints and epoxy. Depending on who's talking.

I basically do both a tint on the foam and then mix some epoxy tint into the lam coat also...I did a Rabbit's Foot this way (see Point Concept finless asymmetric surf craft) and it came out well with very little bubbling and with no vac bagging involved. The two part tint works well anyway you do it provided u make a note of the tint to epoxy mix ratio that best matches your foam paint job.
Seems obvious but its worth mentioning it.
