Since not liking many pics of the machine, this is the important stuff to read if attempting to sew the kite:

Basically, look for a vertical bobbin, not a flat drop-in, a 3-step or Triple zig-zag and a dual feed. Also, top and bottom thread tension. If your suppler says bottom can't be adjusted, look for another supplier or buy an Oldie but Goldie
