Naish your friend did a top notch repair you can tell they have played with corecell/epoxy and carbon before. congraats and great work

thats what I thought too...there is a carbon stringer as well...so all in all the construction was / is not the failure, it was the "foam" that was not dense enough to withstand the beating..
I do hope I will be able to use it some long time now, I am not the jumper ( I purchased it used but in mint condition, but they may have jumped it before..)
I would have it copied with just a little more scoop, but all in all a great shape and board.

That's a very weird place to get a soft deck. Normally the deck softens under your front foot, not in front of back foot. Wonder what has happened here?
