Hello all,
We just wanted to let you know a not so popular kiteboarding destination but really amazing!!: Costa Rica.
The best spot is Bahia Salinas, located in northwest Costa Rica.
Winds are strong and consistent: Nov-May (20-30knt). You will also be impressed by teh nature.
