Kites: BWS Noise Pro 6m/8m/10m/12m
Plus Ocean Rodeo Prodigy 5m for the super windy days and Flite 17m for the lite ones.
I believe one wave kite is probably as good as another, but I ended up with BWS. I am happy with them for drift and easy flying and low bar pressure for my elbow tendonitis. [if anyone wants a 10m, just replaced mine with newer version, same model

Boards: BWS 5.9 Drifter and a home built 5.10. Nice all around surf boards. Standard surfboard construction, but the heavier glass is mandatory for kiting abuses.
6' Potatonator, for lite wind, but has rarely come out ... may be a failed experiment.
Recently got a 5.5 tomo vanguard, surf version, not fully experimented with yet, but has been fun the couple times I've used it.
It doesn't get much bigger than head high in my spots, so haven't really focused on a larger wave board. Had a Naish Global Custom for a while, regret selling it, fast like a knife for high wind and bigger waves. Plus set up for straps...I ride strapless but can see benefit of straps in some situations.
The pursuit of late: the converted surfboard / foilboard for one board travel solution. Uh oh, the foil sickness is creeping in.
