The straps on my board have created some rusty stains on the traction pad. It wasn't all too visible as long as the straps where on but now that I am using it strapless the rust stains show.
Any idea what to do about it? (see picture below)
Exchanging the pad is not an option for me, as it is purely a cosmetical issue. I am prepared to leave it as it is, but if there is anything that can be done, I would like to try it.
I tried concentrated vinegar and scrubbing with detergent, but that didn't get me anywhere.
