For sure i hope for it to be a great event, i see youre riding an AA slalom board, how do they compare to race boards? Is Alex coming? Cheers and see you hopefully in a couple weeks
P.S. It has been blowing lately close to twentys up to mid twentys so consider bringing a 7 and 9m!

Thanks for the heads up on the wind. I will make sure to bring small kites.

The AA Slalom Board is a completely different animal than a CR. You ride a it differently than a courseboard so it takes some time getting used to it.

Once you get the hang of it, gybing is fast and you can slam it around the gybe on a dime. And it's fast even in choppy conditions.

I use it with 33cm Meanline Fins in Light winds and 28's in Strong winds.

There's a prototype for the Aguera Slalom board at 2:55 in this, so you can see it can be edged and how it carves a gybe.
