A good news But I think your creditibility is very important to make notice to start clean, for a fresh customer service so people would believe. Probably you'd like business with your disappointed customers and others from the past. So, finally are you going to compromise and deliver those kites and bars you have been owing, they paid for

Humm.... do wee look so dumb?.... there is nothing free in our world today... Some brands are now selling kitebag and pump separately Anyway... an Epic kite is not on my wishing list, even if "performance is outstanding and the quality is exceptional"
Good news is that I'm gonna spot the EPIC riders now, in case I need assistance with repair stuff
Hello "DrLightWind", I am sorry but I don't understand your comment above. We just partnered up with KITEAID so we can make your experience with EPIC kites even better. If unfortunately you damage your kite while kiting you have a great product with KITEAID to put you back on the water with no downtime. Here at EPIC kites we strive to be the best in QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, and CUSTOMER SERVICE. So your post doesn't make sense. Can you please clarity this? Thank you very much and Merry Christmas.

Hello Mr. Phil, I just wanted to let you know that the deal we made with KITEAID won't affect the pricing on the EPIC kites. We are absorbing the cost just to help the customers out. The price of the 2011 kites are the same then 2010.
Awesome partnership. It would be really cool to see more teaming up in the future. Kitelife protectant would be another cool partnership. Even if the customer purchasing the kite got a discount from the other company, I still think that would be really cool. Sounds like Epic/KiteAid are doing this one for free for the customer. Epic also includes an extra set of 15m lines with their Renegade... Not many companies offering extra free useful products when you order a kite.

Dude.... your talking about ECLIPSE... not epic kites. Epic and eclipse have nothing to do with eachother like pointed out over and over again in the last year. Dimitri started this brand when he found out he no longer could trust his businesspartner/boss.
Dimitri and his brand epic have been nothing but loyal to their buyers. For Dimitri nothing is more important then keeping the customers happy. And he will do a lot for them. And he stands fully confident behind his brand. Sending a prototype kite to a critical person shows you stand behind your product.
Very nice Kiteaid is teaming up with epic. For the customers that they have a good repairing kit in case you have an accident with the kite and make a tear.
