Hi , Im up on the East End of LI thru the fall ; got some lessons in FL; have my own gear (Switchblade 10 M )
I'm 5'4 135, hopefully that kite will work with winds for me here. any good spots/ groups here for newbies?
I'm trying to get hooked up with more lessons and friends to go adventuring with here. I winter in Key West. I'm here working in the hamptons doing massage. Open to trades !

Welcome to the forum, BB.
You are not really a newbie.......looks like a nice inverted roll. (Or are you simply turning the world upside down??)

There are a few local facebook groups with kitesurfers from nyc you may want to join like kitehood and northeastkitelife crew.10m might be a little small for summer winds but still doable . popular sizes here are 17m, 12m and 8m.
