Hi to all my Florida friends...past, present and future. All the new kites and boards will be on demo next week at various beaches in Florida Jan30-Feb8.
Of course, I will have the 2009 Litewave equipment and the new Globe Kites and super cool new innovative bars with me. You've never seen a depower system as cool as this. We improved the KPO system and have a new wood-core board called the 'Spirit'.
Please hit me up for a demo. Schedule is below, but wind dependent
Jan30-Feb1 Jupiter
Feb 2-3 Miami, Crandon
Feb 4-5 Keys, IslaMorada (Whale Harbor)
Feb 6 Naples
Feb 7-8 Tampa/St. Pete East Beach (beer on the down low)
Call me or check here or FKSA for any changes/updates.

Forecast is looking good all week. Meet up for a demo, some innovations GK/Litewave made this year are really amazing.
Here's a photo of a quiver of 2009 Trix kites.
See you in Jupiter!

Hopefully your new boards can handle 9 days of sessions. That was something my Tsunami couldn't do

Does the 09Trix comes in only 3 sizes (as shown on your picture: 7/9/12) this year? Couldn't find the info on the new GK site

thanks wikiz ... I just checked a couple of days ago and I could almost swear there was still nothing on the website about the sizes
. Looks way more complete now... has it been updated?
Really like my original trix and would like to try the new ones
btw, it's not clear to me what exactly is new on the 09, apart from the bar and the colors, which have been both seemingly improved from last year (I think the kite looks great in 09)? the shape of the kite and the bridle both look quite similar to me.

Yesterday, Saturday, the wind was great....5th year in a row with wind at this contest. That's good karma. OK, today is East 10-15, so should be more mellow, but rideable on big stuff.

Saturday's weather was indeed great.
Many 9m-12m kites being used.
Sunny, windy and clear.
Only let up near the very end of the day.
Largest turn-out to date as well.
Marc
