Kitepower Kitesurf Contest El Gouna

From the 12th to the 14th of April 2009 KITEPOWER - El Gouna is organising an Event at Mangroovy Beach with a versatile program. Our boarder-cross contest will be in the focus of the event. This competition will be split in three ability levels. The basic requirement to take part in the race is the ability to ride upwind. The race will take part on a defined track marked by obstacles on the water. The main idea behind this event is the possibility for everyone to take part in a competition and feel the thrill of a real race.

Additionally we will perform a freestyle contest aimed at advanced riders and this will be the ultimate challenge.

Of course there will be a broad supporting program with several side events. Our sponsors provided us with different material prizes. North Kiteboarding will be present with their newest test equipment and will also host some workshops. Two beach volleyball courts, a stand up paddle contest, a kid’s entertainment program, info workshops, beach catering and much more, will ensure a fun packed few days.

In the evening we’ll provide a special BBQ with live music on the beach and the final night award beach party on Tuesday will top the event off.
