Edge Race Cup - It's Almost Here!

Saturday 6th and 7th of June 2015 - Racing, Party at the Vineyard, Performance Racing with world class racers, Paddleboarding and Kite demos.

The annual Atass Edge Race Cup and British National Kite foil & formula Championships is kicking off next weekend. This years event is set to be the biggest yet with entrants from Germany, Ireland and France with the winner being crowned British Race Champion. The high performance Formula and Foil fleets will provide fast action, close quarter battles and big crashes. The Open class is all about fun, open to all riders or any ability and on any shape boards from twin tips to directionals as long as it is narrower that 69cm.

Pre registrations are available until Friday with entry forms available to download HERE. Pre registration is £40 whilst weekend registrations are £50. Entry fee includes a goody bag full of industry products and a ticket to the Saturday night party hosted by our sponsors Pebblebed Vineyards and O'Hanlons Brewery. Extra party tickets are available from the shop.

With a fantastic weather forecast the beach scene will be buzzing and the event site will offer Food on site, Kite Demos, SUP racing, SAS Beach cleanup on Sunday.

Alongside the kite races we will be running paddleboard races across both days with sprint and long distance disciplines. Whilst demos will be available on all the latest kitesurf equipment from North Kiteboarding and Ozone, including the new North Juicy freeride kite.
