That really is ridiculous - I watched it live but in slomo it's even more nuts. Making that look easy is why AH is and will always be the best.

In a move like that there is not much difference if rail or handle.

I thought it looked like he was using a handle to be honest, but it's a little too fuzzy to tell.

If you are able to look at it on big screen and freeze frame at 38 seconds you'll see his right hand grabbing the rail
