Wakeboarder,
what knot have you got it set up on the bar? closest towards you.
I remember when i got my Raven's the bar was set up with the knots on the
bar on the last knot away from you. Upon changing this to the closest knot
towards you.......

Let me know mate.

I think the standard setting for the back line leaders on the bar is the middle knot.
The knots closest to you may have a tendency to over sheet the kite, especially if unhooked.

Wakeboarder, try moving the front pigtails on the kite to the inside position for more power and lifty.
Put the pigtails all the way forward for more depower.

Your back lines are on the closest knot to you on the bar?

Vegas 08 is supposed to be a pretty powerful c-kite, they say the 12m is more like a 13m so maybe the 10 is really powerful too?

nice kite btw...

Hi,
Last sunday I rode my T 07 -10, borrowed my friend`s T 08 -12, then my T 07-14 and again my friend`s T 08-14 as the wind started to die.
Meanwile some other guys just coming back from Egypt were complaining about the low end of that T 4 -12 I was testing.
So, I found the Torch 4 12 ridiculously lighter /even compared to my 10/ on the bar, almost cheating, the power was there, but as the kite flies so smooth and with the much lighter bar pressure in addition it gives different sensation of power delivery. Everything became clear when I was shooting upwind without the hard pull from the kite I was used. The things took their places when I did the first railey to blind with that kite - in the air I realized that I had to go for blind judge instead...
Amasing lift and hang but sooo smooth.
The 14 again the same- smooth, light bar, faster than my 14 though. First I`ve noticed that it has more of U shape while my friend was riding, then we landed the kite and I noticed that the 5th was set on the middle knot by him, changed it at the closest to the kite one and everything was ok.
The 14 was brand new and I suggest you to check the 5th...

Hey I used my kite this weekend and i put my center lines in the closest knot to the kite and the ohters lines to the closest knot to the bar, and the 5th line I put it on the closest knot to the bar too, and i was really happy, but was like 25 knots may be so, my problem is using my kite with 17 knots, i cant use my torch 08 10 with 17 knots, but i can use a torch 05 -10 with the same wind, but i have to try again with the new configutation, thanks for your comments guys!!
