any c kite is good, north vegas, slingshot fuel, best gp, best extract, naish torch. They are all really good for wakestyle, the difference is in other stuff, for instance, because north vegas and naish torch use tensioned 5th line it means it has a lot more depower which is nice, but then you have that 5th line, the slingshot fuel is the first c kite to relaunch from a rear line and I think their relaunch is probably the nicest, and it is a 4 line kite if you care about 4 lines vs 5 lines, the north vegas should probably only be used with a north bar (because of the high Y split) so if you are swapping kites and bars a lot you need to think about that. And of course there is the price if you can get a deal then you might want to go for one kite over another. I tend to use kites until they are completely shredded so I stay away from naish due to the difficulties of repairing the octopus valves -- they are really nice in the first few years no external valves, but later on they are a bother.andersne wrote:Hi.
About to buy some new gear and would like to get some opinions on what's the best wakestyle kite on the market. Would also like to hear why you think that your kite is best suited and also negative things about it. If some have tried the new 2010 models I’m very interested in details since that's what I'll buy.
