There was no wind so I tried riding behind my jet ski.
Very reluctantly I put my skateboarding helmet on. Board hit my head only ones, my back twice and I banged my shin pretty hard but I got the foil out of water!!!! I have been kiteboarding for 10 years and I have been kitesurfing waves strapless for 2 years and I definitely thought this is going to be much easier!
If I did not read this forum and watched Gunnar's and BraCuru's videos I would have probably died on the water or quit altogether. I was afraid of straps and started without them. It is so unlike any other board sports. I would not even considered kite foiling a board sport! I did not have any problems with kangoorooing only because I knew exactly what to do! I would like to thank Bracuru, Gunnar and everybody else who contributed to this forum.
Can't wait for a real kite session.
It is an awesome feeling to ride above the water and scary as shit at the same time. I felt like I am 3 stories above the water! Awsome!!!
