Ozone Edge bladder aneurysm after 1 month

Postby Hawaiis » Mon Sep 08, 2014 7:57 pm

This thin bladder trend is really making aneurysm a POPular occurence.
The tip of the leading edge bladder where it folded back popped after only one month.

You're really "unlucky" with your Ozone kites.

Not after one month, it's still honeymoon.

That happens especially with bigger kites. I guess if it's not folded just right it creates a pocket. Easy fix though.

Use a lot of talc when you reinsert ALL your bladders. :thumb:
Put em in a plastic sack and fully coat them.
Then push in the ends do not roll.
Pump up slow half way the first time, then fully deflate and massage well everywhere.
Then pump up normal.
This is NOT a cure all but it helps a lot!
Use" carmo seal" to glue valves and patches, the best I have found here in E U.
I wish I would have counted the hours, days I have spent finding and fixing leaks and was paid, I would buy a new KBHF!
Just my 2 centimes worth, hope it helps!
