Strutless gems - BRM clouds compared to Storm Voyager?

Hi - I have been riding a quiver of BRM Clouds for 6 months (7C2, 10 C1, 14.5C2). I love them for riding strapless surfing, and now Find That They Are Most Excellent for foiling too (very light, wonderfully quick, incomparable drift, loads of deower) However I now find I need a 5m - can anyone compare them to the Storm Voyagers which seem quite popular on the French foiling forums? Although I am happy to support Greg and BRM, living in Europe the Voyagers are significantly cheaper? Any experiences please? Thanks in advance

I would also like to hear more about Storm Voyagers. I was considering buying the Cloud for quite some time, but the high price for us in Europe and not able to try one before buying was turning me off.

I don't know anything about the Storm Voyager but I do know that I love my Clouds.
A month ago I bought a 7m and 9m. I thought I would need a 12m as my next kite, instead I needed a 5m. One word: awesome.

I rearly write any review since there are people arrount that are better with words and better riders, but since there is not much to read about the Storm kites, I will write a few words, hope someone finds it usefull.

First - I have never flown a struttles kite before, so I can not compare to others...
Second - I have no affiliation with Storm kitesurfing, just bought this kite since hearing some good reviews about struttles kites with hydrofoils...
Third - I am intermediate kiter, I am hydrofoiling for a few months only, Zeeko 2014 foil with freeride wing, can go straight and do touchdown jibes and nothing more...

I bought myself a Storm Voyager 12m2 as my lightwind kite and had been using it for a week now. So far I really really like it a lot. It stays in the air in the minimal winds, it generates good amount of apperent wind and as far as I have been able to test - it relaunches great (low wind, deep water).
It exceeded my expectations on all levels. With a hydrofoil and also with a TT. For now i strongly beleive it suites my riding style perfectly. I encourage you to test it, if you have a chance.

I tested cloud C1 17m, C2 17m and 12m, voyager1 12m and 7m and i have now voyager2 15m and 9m and flew also voyager2 12m

Cloud C1 is handicaped in depower. 17m and 15knots are the highend!
Cloud C2 has more depower and works very well. it has better lowend then the voyager1

Voyager1 has more deopower then the Cloud C2
I think it´s the same with Voyager2

Voyager2 turns very well with low bar-pressure. Backwards relaunch in water is very good. It works by nearly no wind.

next week i will get my hydrofoil. i think the Voyager works very well with it. Maybe the Voyager is the better choice then the cloud. I think it has more depower and the drift is very good.

The depower range Vs bar movement is presumably related to the use of pulleys?

The isn't a lot of wind in this video.

I'm super impressed with the relaunch on the struggles platform. I have drift launched a couple time where it looks like its all going sideways. The canopy half underwater, the kite looking like its going to twist, but it has never rolled through the lines as its pretty stuck to the water and once you get a corner to catch, and show a little patience, it fills, dumps all the water and up she goes.

Regular relaunch is super quick and it pivots right up where many would not. It can take a moment of patience waiting for the bottom rear line to clear the water, but once you learn that everything in light wind is a patience game your all good.
