Good to see you are enjoying the waves, and proceeding in small steps, very rewarding
One thing though, have you thought about cutting 40-50 cm off the nose, as I really think it will make it a lot snappier in turns and easier to handle, and work just as well or better in every other aspect.
Just an idea to make it even better

Thanks, but I am working on a new, much smaller board. The one I am using now was WAY overbuilt, and heavy. I need to scrap that one entirely and replace it with something lighter.
