Levitaz Element ?

Postby MMac22 » Thu Feb 25, 2016 4:21 am

Who has ridden the Levitaz Element and what is your impression of it? I could not find any reviews. How easy is the Element to ride? How does it compare to other foils in waves and freeriding?

It is my main wing.
I like it for being very versatile.
It is easy to ride, still stable when ridden slow, yet offers good speed.
Owning a few other wings/setups and trying to test all foils I can get my hands on, so far this remains my go to kit.
Impressive allround performance.

i also have a Element frontwing and really like it...

take off speed is quite low - also stays up at low speeds!
but still offers really nice speed so it doesnt get boring!

I have ridden the Element for a Month, and I really like this wing.
If you are riding a Liquid Force foil, it will take a day or two of transitioning, but once you are going you will be amazed by the way it moves through the water.
And the velcro wing pads make it much easier to handle on land and in the car.

The Element Wing rides very smooth and low speed turns at super tight radius, and lots of high speed potential unless you are a speed freak like me.
The wing is also very rugged, the carbon and basalt layup wears a lot slower than the carbon wings.
And the stainless steel fuselage is indestructible.
I have about 150 days of strapless shallow reef riding with the Aspect 3.0 and the wings look good for 500 more :)

Aloha from Maui

Awesome, thanks for the replies :thumb: The Element sounds like what I was looking for and hopefully this will help others. My order has been placed.
