New Zeeko Alloy Foil Green White

Nice, price went up 50 Euros, guess thats the massive alloy plate.

They now offer different masts 40/70/90/96 and 3 different wings (New: Speed/Wave).

New fast connect plate sytem.

Anybody knows if the 2017 parts are compatible to the 2015 and 2016 foils? Thinking about a new rear wing and a wave wing.

Just figured out 2015/16/17 Alloyfoils ans Wings are compatible.
Anyone tried the Wave wing yet?

No, but as it is the same materials and sizes and the plate got more massive but smaller, I assume it is the same as the Blue White Alloy.

I ride the Blue White Alloy and despite never having ridden a carbon foil, I cant see how the max 1kg more can make a huge difference.

Looks like a great foil that will keep the vast majority of kiters happy. if we have to have a one design or box rule for racing can we go for a foil like this rather than the underwhelming offering from the company that is currently lobbying to become the exclusive provider.

1 kg makes quite a bit of difference in feel. However if you never tried light setup, you don't miss it.

Interesting plate idea. Maybe next one will have radial slots so you can loosen and twist and remove.

That's right, here is an enlarge view.

All parts are compatible between all Alloy Series models from 2015,2016 and 2017 .

Today we posted a short movie "how to assembly" that shows what's included :
- front wing (with a special protector)
- back wing
- vertical fin 2,5 cm
- fuselage
- mast with plate
- a handy set of Allen keys, TefGel, rubber pad for the plate ,set of bolts ( all protected with TefGel)
- all is packed in a foil caise.

Hi Andre,

is 96 (100)cm the maximum for an alloy mast or would it be possible to make it 110cm without it breaking under the load?

Have you ever tried riding a Zeeko Alloy foil stabless (without the rear stabilizer)?

Cheers

Dear Macisback,

sorry for my late reply!

We tested many different mast length (even a 136 cm ;) ) however the loss of stiffness is directly proportional to the length of the mast and on all sizes above 100 cm there is too much flex .

As for riding stabless it makes the foil hard to control. in few words : Advantages outweighting disadvatages
What is that you like in this concept (stabless) ?

Ride easy!
