Plummet, you have never been much of a strapless guy so I don't know why you would opt for that now.
Switches are different strapless than with them. Without you can narrow your stance before or even as part of the switch. With straps your more likely to try and hit the wide stance with maybe the rear foot in front of the strap. They look like very different moves.
Narrow stance switches are pretty quick and allow you to keep your eyes up.

Wide stance switches have your head a little more "in the boat". Even Adam glances down a lot of the time to get his foot in the strap as part of the switch.

As someone who wants to jump their foil I cant see going strapless as something you would enjoy.
